Our first You Are Always In My Heart book booth

Talking about loss can feel heavy, it can bring up memories. And sometimes, it feels safer to turn away .At our very first book booth I saw parents lean in: some smiled, some grew quiet, some whispered, "This is what we've been needing." That moment reminded me why we created this book: to open a safe space for conversations, to show our kids (and ourselves) that ALL FEELINGS ARE OKAY.

These reviews made me tear up (in a good way)

Thank you so much for leaving me a feedback. Hearing how the journal is helping your family slow down, talk more and connect deeper... it really reminds me why I created it in the first place.

If you've been curious about the journal, check out the review here.

We need more Cantonese parenting books like this! I appreciate all the thoughtful activities and conversation prompts that will help you and your child emotionally connect and to teach them emotional literacy. I am actually not a parent, but find this book useful in my line of work in Social Services and in working with children/parents from the Cantonese speaking community!
